What are your store hours?

  • Monday - Saturday: 10:30am - 7:00pm
    Sunday: 12:00pm - 6:00pm

    Order: How can I check if the item is available?

  • Before placing an order, we recommend customers to contact us to check if the item(s) is in-stock and ready-to-ship. Call us at: 972-264-9100 or e-mail us at: contact@abcfashion.net with the item#, size, color and we will let you know within 1 business day.

    If the item is available, we usually ship it out the next business day, and U.S. customers receive their in 3 - 5 business days via Ground Shipping. Faster shipping options are available. International customers usually receive their order in 7 - 10 business days.

    Order: Will I be charged if the item I ordered is out of stock?

  • When the item you ordered is out of stock, we'll contact you the same business day. You will not be charged if the item is not available or sold out. Charging is done when the item is shipped. When your order is processed, your card will only be authorized and show as pending status that will drop off if the order has been canceled. It's a good idea to be prepared with a second or third choice.

    Order: How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Answer: Items from our in-store inventory are available for immediate shipping. Non-in-store items are ordered from the factories and usually take about 3 - 5 business days via Ground Shipping for you to receive. Some made-to-order dresses take from 4-12 weeks. If additional time is required to fill your order, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

    Payment: What type of payments are accepted?

  • Answer: We accept credit card payments including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal. Personal checks are not accepted.

    Size Chart & Measurements: What size should I get for my dress?

  • Answer: Please read carefully the page of the dress you are interested because some dresses are measured differently. A Size Chart and How to Take Body Measurements link are on the bottom of the dress page.

    Additional Images: Do you have additional images of the items online?

  • Answer: ABC Fashion puts all available images on the website. We realize that it is frustrating that there is not always an image in every color that an item is offered in; however, all images are provided by the manufacturer and we do not always get an image in every color that is offered.

    Secure Site: Is it safe to place orders online at ABC Fashion?

  • Answer: Yes, ABCFashion.net uses Yahoo! as its E-Commerce site because Yahoo! has a reputation for being a secure site with its 24 hours/7 days of week staff ensuring that your information is safe. Your private information is secure and will not be shared with any third parties for any reason.
