Ordering Information:

  • ABC Fashion items can be purchased at one of our retail location, or selected items from our web site to be shipped directly to you by ordering online, or by calling 972-264-9100 (between 10:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Central time zone).

  • Inventories are done manually on a rotational basis, please call or e-mail us if you want to make sure an item is in stock.

  • Shipping availability and processing time vary depending on the item ordered. Bridal and Quinceanera/Sweet 16 orders may take longer (up to 12 weeks). If additional time is required to fill your order, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

  • Please give us current phone numbers and e-mail addresses so we are able to contact you if necessary.

  • When ordering, please provide us with a residential or commercial address because we do not send item(s) to P.O. Boxes.

  • You will not be charged if item is not available or sold out. Charging or "capturing" is done when item is shipped. When your order is processed, your card will only be "authorized" showing "pending" status, which will drop off if not "captured". The correct amount will be "captured" when item is shipped.

  • Orders are usually shipped via UPS or Priority Mail within 3 business days depending on availability. Shipping carrier may vary depending on the item(s). If you would like to arrange other delivery options, please contact us at the time of your order.

  • Free Ground Shipping within the Continental USA (48 States) on all orders over $100! *Free Shipping doesn't apply with other offers and promotions*

  • Shipping Outside of the Contiguous U.S.: If you require shipping outside of the contiguous U.S., we may be able to accommodate you; however, you will need an individualized shipping quote. If you check out on-line, you will be contacted with your additional shipping amount due prior to any charges made to your card.

Return and Exchange Policy for Online Purchases:

  • We request that you carefully select your online purchases. We follow Universal / Industry Standard for Return and Exchange Policy of Formal Wear.

  • All sales are final on ALL items. No refunds, exchanges, or returns are accepted.

  • Size exchanges are allowed 5 days from the day you receive your order (according to Priority Mailing or UPS tracking information), and we request that you contact us immediately. Please keep in mind that any item exchanges may take an additional 2-12 weeks to ship and will be shipped after we have received the item in its original condition.

  • To exhange an item, there will be a 20% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the item.

  • If you receive a defected item, please contact us immediately so that we can accommodate you.

  • Please note that none of the factories accept returns, and this is a serious issue for formal wear business. Exchanges/returns are costly (item cost, shipping cost, processing time and cost), and we are striving for the best policy in the industry. Please consider that there are many different body shapes/types and alteration is done on most special occasion dresses for "perfect fit".

    Return and Exchange Policy for In-Store Purchases:

  • Returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchases.

  • All sales are final after 7 days.

  • Sales receipts must accompany all returns and exchanges.

  • All manufacturers size, style, and label tags, as well as price ticket, must be attached to merchandise upon return or exchange.

  • All merchandise must be returned or exchanged in original condition.

  • Merchandise with stains, marks, odors, stretched, altered, or damaged is not returnable or exchangeable.

  • Refunds will be issued in the method of store credit or exchanges.

  • All formal wear and bridal is final sale.

    Order: How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Answer: Items from our in-store inventory are available for immediate shipping. Non-in-store items are ordered from the factories and usually take about 7-14 business days for you to receive. Some made-to-order dresses take from 4-12 weeks. If additional time is required to fill your order, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

    Payment: What type of payments are accepted?

  • Answer: We accept credit card payments including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Personal checks are not accepted.

    Size Chart & Measurements: What size should I get for my dress?

  • Answer: Please read carefully the page of the dress you are interested because some dresses are measured differently. A Size Chart and How to Take Body Measurements link are on the bottom of the dress page.

    Additional Images: Do you have additional images of the items online?

  • Answer: ABC Fashion puts all available images on the website. We realize that it is frustrating that there is not always an image in every color that an item is offered in; however, all images are provided by the manufacturer and we do not always get an image in every color that is offered.
