Shipping and Return Policy

  • Before placing an order, we recommend customers to contact us to check if the item(s) is in-stock and ready-to-ship. Call us at: 972-264-9100 or e-mail us at: contact@abcfashion.net with the item#, size, color and we will let you know within 1 business day.

    If the item is available, we usually ship it out the next business day, and our U.S. customers receive their in 3 - 5 business days. Faster shipping options are available. International customers usually receive their order in 7 - 10 business days.

  • When the item you ordered is out of stock, we'll contact you the same business day. It's a good idea to be prepared with a second or third choice.

  • ABC Fashion items can be purchased at one of our retail location, or selected items from our web site to be shipped directly to you by ordering online, or by calling 972-264-9100 (between 10:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Central time zone).

  • Inventories are done manually on a rotational basis, please call or e-mail us if you want to make sure an item is in stock.

  • Shipping availability and processing time vary depending on the item ordered. Bridal and Quinceanera/Sweet 16 orders may take longer (up to 12 weeks). If additional time is required to fill your order, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.

  • We require 50% down payment on Bridal and Quinceanara/Sweet 16 dresses because these dresses are made-to-order.

  • Please give us current phone numbers and e-mail addresses so we are able to contact you if necessary.

  • When ordering, please provide us with a residential or commercial address because we do not send item(s) to P.O. Boxes.

  • You will not be charged if item is not available or sold out. Charging or "capturing" is done when item is shipped. When your order is processed, your card will only be "authorized" showing "pending" status, which will drop off if not "captured". The correct amount will be "captured" when item is shipped.

  • *Sales tax do apply to Texas residents*

    Shipping Information:

  • Orders are usually shipped via UPS or Priority Mail within 3 business days depending on availability. Shipping carrier may vary depending on the item(s). If you would like to arrange other delivery options, please contact us at the time of your order.

  • Free Ground Shipping within the Continental USA (48 States) on all orders over $199! *Free Shipping doesn't apply with other offers and promotions*

  • Shipping Outside of the Contiguous U.S.: If you require shipping outside of the contiguous U.S., we may be able to accommodate you; however, you will need an individualized shipping quote. If you check out on-line, you will be contacted with your additional shipping amount due prior to any charges made to your card.



International Shipping Information:

  • International orders are shipped via USPS Express Intenational. The shipping cost will start from $45 US and $5 will be added for every additional item.

  • It will approximately take 7 business days for the item(s) to arrive. But please keep in mind that it can up to 2-3 weeks to receive the item(s) (depending on how long it takes to clear customs).

  • We are not held liable for any tariffs, import duties or international taxes that may be imposed outside the USA.

    Return and Exchange Policy for Online Purchases:

  • We request that you carefully select your online purchases. We follow Universal / Industry Standard for Return and Exchange Policy of Formal Wear.

  • All sales are final on ALL items. No refunds, item exchanges, or returns are accepted.

  • Size exchanges are allowed 5 days from the day you receive your order (according to Priority Mailing or UPS tracking information), and we request that you contact us immediately. Please keep in mind that any item exchanges may take an additional 2-12 weeks to ship and will be shipped after we have received the item in its original condition.

  • To size exchange an item, there will be a 20% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the item both ways.

  • If you receive a defected item, please contact us immediately so that we can accommodate you.

  • Please note that none of the factories accept returns, and this is a serious issue for formal wear business. Exchanges/returns are costly (item cost, shipping cost, processing time and cost), and we are striving for the best policy in the industry. Please consider that there are many different body shapes/types and alteration is done on most special occasion dresses for "perfect fit".
