We love happy customers, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase! Unlike most formal wear retailers, we offer refunds for many items if you're not 100% satisfied. Please read below for more details:

1.) You must request a refund within 5 days (including weekends and holidays) after receiving your order according to the tracking number.
2.) There is a 15% restocking fee for all refunds. Restocking fees are deducted from your final refund amount.
3.) If you live in the 48 contiguous U.S. states, you will be issued a pre-paid shipping label, and a $12 shipping fee (per item) will be deducted from your refund amount. If you live outside of the 48 contiguous states, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
4.) Please note that NO refunds or exchanges are accepted for special order items, which includes: ALL Quinceanera Dresses from every designer, Wedding Gowns, Andrea and Leo Dresses, House of Wu Tiffany Girl Dresses, and Mary's Bridal Girls Dresses.
