International Return Policy

Please note that Seel Return Assurance is currently unavailable to U.S. territories and international customers. To initiate a return, please email us at with your order information.

  • You must initiate a return within 5 days (including weekends & holidays) of receiving your order, as verified by your package's tracking number.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee for all refunds. Restocking fees are automatically deducted from your final refund amount.
  • We do not provide prepaid shipping labels for international orders, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice to return your item to us.
  • The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • All items must be returned in new, unworn condition.
  • If you'd like an exchange, simply place a new order for the correct item.
  • No refunds or exchanges are accepted for special order items. We will email you if an item has to be special ordered before we process your order.
  • No refunds or exchanges are accepted for items marked "final sale."
  • Please remember that each person's body is different, so alterations are often necessary for most special occasion dresses to achieve the perfect fit.
