- Size exchanges are allowed 5 days from the day you receive your order (according to Priority Mailing or UPS tracking information).
- Please note that there will be a 15% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the item.
- If you need an exchange that is time sensitive due to an upcoming event, please let us know ASAP, and we can offer you alternate options.

- All sales are final after 5 days of receiving your package.
- No refunds or size exchanges are accepted for made-to-order dresses (Quinceanera and Wedding dresses).
- All items must be returned in the original condition as received.
